A woman identified as Aaliyah Floyd, whose Facebook username is Hayilaa Dyolf, has gone viral after sharing posts about her recent divorce and custody arrangement with her ex-husband.
Floyd first posted a photo of herself smiling in what appears to be a meeting room, while her ex-husband sat behind her looking less cheerful. She simply captioned the photo “Divorced ❤️ #FNF.”
The post quickly gained attention on social media.
In a follow-up post, Floyd addressed people discussing the custody situation, writing:
“Felicia, your son didn’t WIN custody.. I GAVE him custody 😬 I leave with what I came with, and I ain’t come with no kids 😂👉🏽 I’ll see them on the weekends 😉 #HeTheSingleMamaNotMe.”
The statement triggered reactions online. While some users said it was unusual for a mother to openly celebrate giving up custody, others argued that fathers should also be recognized for raising children and that custody arrangements vary depending on personal circumstances.
However, many critics labeled Floyd a “proud deadbeat mama”, accusing her of celebrating the decision too publicly.
