Nigerian music star Asake has been granted a rare privilege while observing the holy month of Ramadan in Medina.
The singer, currently on a spiritual pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, was reportedly given access to a secluded and sacred area believed to have historical and spiritual ties to Prophet Muhammad.
In a video circulating online, many Muslim worshippers can be seen praying in the general area of the Holy Mosque. Meanwhile, Asake was quietly guided to a restricted section by an attendant wearing a vest labeled “Ask Me.” The attendant opened a small wooden door, allowing the singer into the special prayer space before closing it behind him.
The moment captured Asake kneeling in deep prayer inside the sacred spot, reflecting a rare and spiritual experience during the Ramadan fast.
